Addu City is a city in the Maldives that consists of the inhabited islands of the southernmost atoll of the archipelago. Addu City is the second-largest urban area in Maldives, in terms of population, and is one of the two urban areas to get the status of "city" other than the capital city, Malé and Fuvamulah.

A secluded private island Vihamanaafushi (also Vihamana Fushi ; German " island without poisonous plants "), better known under the tourist name Kurumba ( " Coconut "), is a resort island in the Maldives in North Male Atoll (administrative Atoll Kaafu ).

Hanimaadhoo island is one of the biggest islands in the Maldives. Its length is approximately 7 km! And it is ‘just’ 750 m wide. On one of the sides of this wonderful island, a white beach is located, which is perfect for snorkelling, diving, and kayaking.

Bandos is a Maldivian island , which is located north of Malé centrally in the North Male Atoll , which after the division of the administrative unit now belongs to Kaafu .

The famous whale shark area in South Ari Atoll, Dhigurah is a long Maldivian island with stretch of white sandy beaches. Heaven for fans of underwater adventures, Dhigurah island is 20-minutes by domestic flight or 1.5 hour speed-boat ride from Malé airport. Budgetary in width, and stretching for a length of 3 kilometers, a beautiful populated island is considered to be one of the longest in the Maldives.
